After School Spanish Club
Thank you to our friends from the Churchill Spanish Club
for another successful year of After School Spanish!
See you again next year!
Early Literacy Volunteers (ELVs)
Thank you to the Livonia Rotary Club for sponsoring another successful
year of ELVs at Rosedale Elementary.
Not only did Rosedale receive the gift of books from the Rotary Club,
but also the one-on-one tutors who read with our students
each and every week! Rosedale Rissos love to read with their ELVs!
They celebrated the end of the year with a FIESTA!
Lost and Found
Please check out the Lost and Found table in the lobby.
All items will be donated at the end of the year.
Morning Drop Off/SACC
The earliest time for morning drop off is 8:30 AM.
(8:40 is even better!)
We do not have staff available before that time to monitor the students.
SACC (School Age Child Care) is an option for before school care,
and registration started this week.
These slots fill up fast, so act now if you are interested for next year.
The enrollment period for new families opened May 23.

Thank you PTA for a Successful Spring Fling!
The Spring Fling was well attended, and the donations for the
Basket Raffle were wonderful!
Thank you for coming out to spend your evening at Rosedale!
Kindergarten Round Up
If you know of any families who have yet to register their child
for Kindergarten next year, please have them contact our office.
Kindergarten Round Up is this Thursday, May 31.
First session: 9:30-10:30, second session: 10:45-11:45.
The last Popcorn Friday of the year
is this Friday, June 1!
FIELD DAY is coming: June 4, 2018!
Field Day will run from 9:30-11:30, and 1:45-3:00.
Field Day Tips:
Wear weather appropriate clothes and tennis shoes that day!
Bring a water bottle labeled with your name!
Apply sunscreen in the morning AT HOME!
(Please do not send sunscreen to school!)
Pre-pay $1 to your teacher for a Kona Snow Cone!
The volunteer luncheon will be that day,
so that all of our volunteers may enjoy lunch on us.
End of the Year Book Fair
The Book Fair will run from June 5-June 8 this spring.
Students will be allowed to visit during the day,
and families will have the opportunity to shop the night of
Arts, Beats, and Eats on June 8.
Mark your calendars for Arts, Beats, and Eats:
Friday, June 8, 6-8PM!
There is no school on Monday!
