Without supervision and guidance, a young child can either unintentionally or purposefully find content that is highly inappropriate. PLEASE monitor what your child is doing online. Even the most innocent of apps may not be what you think they are! Rosedale ELVs Program as Strong as Ever! Rosedale is so lucky to have a wonderfully, strong ELVs program.  ELVs are Early Literacy Volunteers, and range from CHS students to parents to retirees. Our program is run seamlessly by Mrs. Tracey Jakubowski and Mrs. Carol Engle. These two volunteers work together to coordinate the ELVs with our classroom teachers' schedules, making sure children have an opportunity to read one-on-one with a trained adult each week. This week, Rosedale was privileged to celebrate with one of our  long-time volunteers,  Austin. He celebrated his 90th birthday!               For more information on the ELVs program, visit  https://livoniaptsacouncil.org/work/elvs/ or email Tracey at  traceyleejakubowski @gmail.com . Our Character Trait for March: Integrity This month we will use our classroom Morning Meetings,  our Monday morning assemblies,  and other times during the day to explore  what it means to have Integrity.
