School Closed Today 
Due to the mandatory boil water advisory issued by the city of Livonia, all schools in the district will be closed today.

Under the Big Top!
March is Reading Month and Rosedale will be celebrating with a bang!
Information will be sent home via backpacks on Monday.
Our staff has planned several special events to help celebrate and promote READING.
Start reading and start earning prizes!

This is the LAST CHANCE to send in Box Tops!
This is such an easy fundraiser for our school.

Kindergarten and Young 5's Information Nights
Do you have a four-year old? Do you know someone who has a child
ready to start kindergarten? Is your child just not ready yet?
Livonia Public Schools has a Young 5s program, and this is a wonderful option
to consider for your young 5 year old.
There is a Young 5s Informational meeting on Wednesday, March 14,
6:00-7:00PM at Hayes Elementary,
30600 Louise, Westland.
If your child turns 5 years old between July 1 and Sept. 1, 2018,
please consider this as an option, 
especially for those students not yet ready for Kindergarten.

more information! We are excited to welcome your child to Rosedale!
Kindergarten Informational Night is on Wednesday, March 7,
6:00-7:00PM at Rosedale Elementary,
36651 Ann Arbor Trail, Livonia.
Your child should be 5 years old by September 1, 2018 to attend Kindergarten.
Children with September, October, or November birthdays will need to fill our a waiver to attend.

 Safety at School
Safety is our number one priority at Rosedale.
During school hours, all doors are locked. If you need to visit during that time,
please buzz in at the main office door,
sign in on the visitors sheet, and get a visitors sticker.
ALL visitors are required to have a badge while in the school.

Attention ALL Fourth Graders!! Wednesday is our 4th grade Graduation Yard Sign distribution, starting at 3:45. Due to a generous donation, ALL fourth graders will be receiving a sign, so come on by! Pick up will be drive-by, and will be available from 3:45-4:30! For last minute orders, CLICK HERE ! Orders are due TODAY, Friday, June 4, by noon!   Important Transportation Information for 21-22 All students in K-12  eligible for transportation  based on their home address will be required to request transportation for the 2021-22 School year.
