Learning From Home Continues...

Starting Monday, teachers will be using either

Class DoJo or Google Classroom, as a platform

to provide enrichment and instruction for our students.

Teachers will continue to publish their Weekly Plans

on Friday afternoons, presenting work for the

following week. All lessons continue to be

optional, however strongly encouraged!

We understand that our families are all facing

different challenges, so we ask that you do

your best, and do what you can.

Please reach out for any assistance!


Generally, Kindergarten and 1st are using DoJo,
and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th are using Google Classroom.

We continue to be in communication with Lifetouch

regarding our Spring Pictures, Yearbooks, and

Fourth Grade Group photo. Like many other

businesses, they are working remotely from home and have

assured us that they will be in contact

once they have information to share with our community.

LPS Checklist for Online Learning

Please refer to the email attachment for some

helpful tips when working from home.

Question: When can we visit school

to pick up my student's belongings??

Livonia is very aware that families are anxious

to clean out lockers, desks, and pick up their child's things.

We must wait for the Governor to loosen her

Stay at Home order before we can consider this issue.

But don't worry, there will be a plan and

eventually you will be allowed to visit to pick up

your child's belongings.

Final Report Cards

Final Report Cards will be available on

Parent Connect on June 17.

Although there will be no marks (grades) for

the third trimester, each teacher will write a

narrative describing your child's progress for

this year. There will also be comments related to

your child's participation in distance learning.

Online assignments will receive feedback, however

they will not be graded. Students will progress to

the next grade level. This is new for all of us,

so please understand as we work through the details.
